Cancellation Window

Late Cancellation

Requests within 24 hours may receive partial credit when operational conditions allow, including staffing and route preparation commitments.

No-Show Handling

If a participant does not attend and does not provide notice, the session may be marked as used unless exceptional circumstances are documented.

Processing Timeline

Approved returns are generally processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method where available.
